Doppler Detective (Stormbrewing): when you use Stormbrewing, study the movement of certain weather patterns (ex. the spread of fog) to learn some information about the land around you (mid range)
E.M.P. (Electro-Magnetic Plummet) (Out of the Blue): when you use Out of the Blue, the small electrical explosion caused when you strike the ground generates a burst that short-circuits nearby electronic devices (low range)
Thundahstruck (Thunderclap): activate Thunderclap when someone slams a fist/weapon into you, retaliating with an empowered strike whose effects scale with the amount of essence you expend

• Medicated Wraps (taken from old Consumables): unsure exactly how these work, but I'm envisioning a temporary pain relief that enables characters to persevere for a short amount of time before they can be properly healed

- originates from a 1920s/1930s era world eternally on the brink of depression and decline
- grew up in massive, smog-choked cities characterized by glitzy entertainments, glowing advertisements, and seedy underbellies
- joined the Enclave when an investigation on his docket was taken up by Enclave agents, leading to a begrudging collaboration effort that eventually became permanent employment
