Agent Resources is a tool for Enclave players to create characters, manage missions, find games, and access related game resources. This policy explains the basic information the app collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

When you create or use an account, we may collect information such as your email address, display name, profile details, timezone, character data, mission records, Looking For Game posts, unlock code activity, and settings you choose to save.

If you connect Discord or another integration, we may store the identifiers and account details needed to provide that feature. We may also collect basic technical information such as session data, request metadata, error logs, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the app, authenticate accounts, save your game data, show public or shared content according to your settings, support collaboration features, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Some information may be visible to other users when you choose to make it public, share it with a mission, post in Looking For Game, or otherwise use collaborative features.

We use service providers, including Supabase, to host data, provide authentication, and operate the app. Those providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

Your Choices

You can update many account and profile details from your profile page. You can also choose whether supported profile information is public or private. If you need help changing or deleting information that is not available in the app, contact the site operator.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain backups, and protect the app from abuse.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Keep your account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Children

Agent Resources is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above.
