Background

KEY POINTS
• Grey is a teen competitive Grecco Games hopeful gymnastics phenom and secret superhero.
• Since his mother died from a very aggressive pancreatic cancer almost a year and a half ago, he has been on his own. He is an emancipated teenager and is just doing what he can to get by.
• He is on track for Ultimate States of America (USA) National team next year He missed the trials last year due to not having enough competitive meets in the year his mother died.
• His entire athletic training has been funded through a trust that he never knew about until after his mother’s death.
• Being an Enclave Agent both terrifies and excites him.

Greyson trained as an acrobat and to be world class gymnast his whole life. He never really questioned how his working-class mom managed to pay for all the training and tutors it took to make his dreams come to pass. He was crushed when he lost his mom to cancer a year ago. It was after she died that he learned there had been a trust set up for him that she administered for him. Even though his mom worked hard to put food on the table there was over 250 million dollars trust fund earmarked for his education and training. She named, in her will, a law firm as his guardian.

It was the managing partner Mr. Boston-st. John who explained the whole situation to him. He also already filed the emancipation paperwork on Grey’s behalf because he had no interest in being a guardian. At 15 Grey was adrift, independent with money for his education and training, but no real family. For a few months he couch-surfed with teammates and coaches until he got his attorney to unlock a measure of trust so he could rent a condo downtown near his Gym and enough money to get by.

It took another six months until he splurged. He found a military surplus place and cobbled together a vigilante outfit. He rarely felt the need to sleep much so Why not do something to help deal with all the crime in the neighborhood. He even caught the attention of a group of young supers called the Paragon Teens, who took him in and helped him with theme, branding and a proper outfit. They didn’t really need Grey’s help and he refused to give up on school or his teams, they made him a reserve member and let him do his thing.

With his gear upgrade, the contacts through the YP’s Talon set out to use his skills and that small fortune left to him in trust by an enigmatic benefactor to make the world a better place, one hoodlum, mugger, and/or drug dealer at a time. (and still pass Algebra).

Of course, that was until the Enclave knocked at his door.
