✅Perk: Shutout- Weather effects can form around, and follow, Suto. (Clouds, wind, heat, etc.)
✅Perk: Bottom of The Ninth, Scores Tied, Bases Loaded, Up To Bat- Suto can choose to activate Stormbrewing with his heartbeat.
✅Perk: Rainout- Greatly reduces Stamina and Essence Exhaustion symptoms while active and in a storm.

Thunderclap
✅Perk: Hit and Run- Energy from Thunderclap can be transferred and stored into an object Suto is holding and is released on impact, concentrated on the point of contact.
✅Perk: Stolen Base- Reverse Thunderclap- absorb targeted sound energy.

Out of the Blue
✅Perk: Rush to first base- If Suto is in motion, OOTB can target a point directly ahead, where range and strength scale with speed. (Sprinting, riding on something fast, etc.)
✅Perk: Steal second base - After hitting the first target, OOTB can ricochet to another target.
✅Perk: Bases loaded- Those around the target point of OOTB after it crashes sees a number of static & realistic afterimages of Suto in their vision for a Low Duration.
