A pleasantly plump grey cat . Has a collar and a sling bag with gambling supplies and emergency kibble.

Mister Twinkle-Muffins learned from a young age that the world was a cruel, cruel place. No matter how hard he begged, his owners wouldn't give him second dinners. That was... until he realized he could switch out the bowls and distract one of his owners, so the other would believe he hadn't been fed. He continued expanding upon these skills, expanding beyond just tricking his owners. Soon enough he had all of the fanciest things a cat could want, sourced from all those around the neighborhood who would fall for his schemes.

His owners eventually were unable to support him (in large part due to the financial strain his antics put upon them). They moved away to a new apartment that did not allow pets and gave Mister Twinkle-Muffins up for adoption. The Boi was not having that at all, and managed to sneak away, finding a local casino that took him in.

At first he was just an unofficial "mascot," but the casino soon realized that his skills could help them. He made them a LOT of money tricking customers. One of them even bet their ability to talk, which Mister Twinkle-Muffins swiped for himself (it's proven quite useful). Eventually, he amassed enough wealth that he managed to scheme the owners out of their stake in the enterprise and rebranded it as the Twinkle-Muffins Totally Legal Catsino.

This ended up busted by the feds fairly quickly due to Mister Twinkle-Muffins' egregious money laundering, but he managed to utilize his connections to pivot into other illicit adventures, and started operating under the alias "Big Churu" to avoid the heat his old name had started to catch. He currently runs a scam call center targeting elderly people who don't like pets.

He treats his friends well, but has very little moral qualms scamming... anyone.

He joined the Enclave because he wants more money.
