Mid 20's, 5'8", 170 lbs. Wears a dark blue uniform, duster is his army coat, and comes with kepi. Rifle resembles the Type 13 Murata rifle. Revolver resembles the Type 26 revolver. Tan skin, buzzcut black hair, somewhat muscular.
Background
Kuroda is a rifleman within the army of the Glass Isles. He firmly believes in honor, and fighting valiantly. He does show a little disdain for the old ways on the Glass Isles, but it does not mean he will cast them off entirely. He is just of the opinion that progress is necessary for survival.
