Appearance
Jakatsu is about 5 ft 11 in with black hair shocked with white streaks. He appears to be in his mid-40's but he has the presence of someone much more seasoned. He wears a turquoise-colored tunic with intricate gold embroidered patterns, a deep purple long coat, and a wide-brimmed hat and carries a staff(Thunderhammer) that appears to be electrically charged. He also carries a deck of cards that serves as a conveyance for his lightning bolts.
Background
Jakatsu hails from the eastern shores of the world. He has been wandering so long that he cannot recall where he is originally from. Wherever he is, he calls his home. His purpose is to serve and improve the lives of those he meets and works with. He is highly controlled in his emotions and has a bias for action over careful consideration when it comes to getting things done. This often leads him into situations where his elemental skills are needed to get him out of trouble.He is highly personable and exceptionally gifted at building strong relationships with anyone he meets.
