D’Jacquaux (pronounced Jocko) is an anthropomorphic axolotl found by the Enclave in an abandoned underwater sanctuary he calls the Undreaming Grotto — "where ideas that are forgotten go". He claims to be the reincarnated personification of the greatest verse ever forgotten by the greatest poet that ever forgot to become a poet.
