Appearance
Josh wears a hooded jacket (with mittens), a faux-fur-lined hat, sweatpants, and a fanny pack, and carries a walking stick. He smells a little, but not unpleasantly.
Background
After Josh was experimented upon by his former roommate, Randy (now better known as Doctor Kill-O-Hurts), he discovered he had very mild psychic powers. He uses his abilities to trip-sit strangers in parking lots as he follows Phish on tour, and he sees his work with the Enclave as an extension of that.
