Background
Somewhat of an innocent soul, Percy enjoys spending his days in the library studying esoteric topics, and his evenings at the pub raising a glass with fellows. He has a knack for getting in to trouble, but not always out of it cleanly. On more than one occasion the study of history has led him into wild adventures across shadow.
Percy was raised in a shadow that appears to be a Victorian clockwork ecumenopolis. It is a place where knowledge and the trade of secrets is a pillar of society and the economy. He joined one of the traditional houses of arcane knowledge to learn more about the world and through his growth he was introduced to the wider universe.
Flavor
Percy is a bit naive and green behind the ears, but has a compassionate heart and earnest desire to do good by other people in the world.
