Background
Bishop Bolten was a fiery preacher by trade for decades who often loudly preached in public to those who passed by him. One day, as he proclaimed the good word, it began to rain. Even as the storm built and most people sought shelter inside, he continued his message. When a lightning bolt struck him, he didn't die but was instead transformed into a being of pure power. He now believes himself to be appointed to dish out justice and vengeance on behalf of his god.
Flavor
