Johnny Williams (Crash)

Blonde hair, exceptionally coiffed bright blue-green eyes that will glow when using his abilities. He wears a sleek heroic outfit with a black biker jacket.

Johnny was born with the ability to manipulate objects with his mind. The power slowly developed first by toys floating to him and eventually significant unintentional destruction when he would get mad as a moody adolescent.
His parents never were sure what to do with him so they just did their best, to support him learning self-control.
His intrinsic love for life and constant seeking thrills He joined a group of teen superheroes called the Paragon Teens and began fighting crime under the moniker of Crash.
He hopes engaging with the enclave will allow him to help repair some of the destruction that seems to lie in his wake.

Skins: In areas where a conductive aspect is described I'm thinking it could be either just the force of the explosions or it could be a release of bio-electric synaptic energy.

Item Skins:
Feathered Cloak: Skinned as a Black Leather Biker Jacket. When gliding he items in the environment, like manhole covers or car doors, to float on.
Thunder Hammer: Skinned as a psychic construct summoned by creating the core of the hammer which then is wrapped by near-by metal pulled from the environment. This may well cause minor destruction.
Lightning Bolts: Skinned as hurled bolts of pure TK force energy They explode on striking target, instead of electrical conduction it causes instability and additional minor explosions.
Heroic Cuirass: Skinned as the Superhero suit he wears under the Jacket.

Stormbrewing: Skinned as storm of debris and surrounding items lifted and spun in a cyclone of psychic energy.
Thunderclap: Skinned as slamming my hands together to create a shockwave.
Out of the Blue: Skinned as surrounding myself in a some sort of force bubble that explodes on impact.
