Appearance
Around 5'3" with long black hair and a petite build. Wears nondescript but clean/properly cared for clothes.
Background
Moira is from an affluent family that highly values social standing. She grew up with an older sister, Teretia, who always seemed to be more skilled then her at everything. Their parents constantly compared them, leaving Moira with the insatiable thirst to be right and compete. It always bothered Moira that Teretia seemed to always make the "best" decision or the most "morally sound" choice, leaving Moira with the feeling that deep emotions will only hamper her own success.
While Teretia and Moira both succeeded in being admitted to the same revered magic school, Moira couldn't stand how she was being compared to her sister there, even when she took different classes. Partway through her time there she was approached by an Enclave agent for recruitment. Determined by the prospect of being something her sister would never be, Moira eagerly joined the secretive organization.
Flavor
No nonsense and gives off a feeling of "I'm judging you". In reality she's not really judging others she's more focused on herself. She wants to win and is willing to do anything to have the highest rate of success.
