Bats, Viruses and Shows - Oh My!

Mission Statement:
The Archive, a structure many scholars travel to so they may try and find anything that helps their studies. The Archive is more ancient than history reaches back, ever-evolving, ever-adapting, both magical and technological in nature. And over time, the city of Scriptoria formed itself around it, growing into a central hub of cultural and intellectual exchange. The cities and buildings themselves all are part of The Archive, though only few know about that and refer to only the main building as such.
Recently, a change happened in The Archive. Accesses revoked, specifically for IT and security, overrides of important aspects and a total lockdown of the building. The head administrator, Sir Bathew Billiat, tried to keep the situation under control, but he's unable to really solve the problem. And what was that about a "special performance" in the "tent next door"...?
He quickly called the Enclave for help before locking himself into his office and putting on ear muffs.
Your mission is to find out what happened to The Archive and get rid of the root of the problem.
