Peace of the Rainbow Kings

The Prismapotheosis of the Aureole Skykeep has returned! Every year, the sapphire sun aligns with the Spiral-- a towering crystal, creating an incandescent lattice of rainbow lights. It is said that any who touch the Spiral are granted a wish of their choosing. But even though the lights have come, the wishes are not being granted. And the times have not been kind. Two factions, the Khefaran and the Anakthali have been in a less-than-peaceful standoff. The Khefaran hold the upper levels of the keep, the Anakthali the lower. The only seemingly neutral faction present are the cats that still freely roam as they please. Port-in Location: Grand Aureole Throne Room (Under Khefaran control)

Mission Requirement: Grant the wishes of three individuals (chosen by divine lottery) in the Prismapotheosis's stead. (They are not required to touch the Prism themselves)

Prince Kodayus of the Khefaran wishes to know why the magic is not working and how it functioned in the past

King Dakhari of the Anakthali wishes for his people to have free roam of the castle and access to the food and resources hoarded by the Khefaran

Uthanzaya of the Anakthali wishes she had a family that cared about her.

The agents, Amal the Aspiring Djinn, Clair the Ardent, Kitty the Oddball, and Tel the Postman (Wanderer) arrived in the throne room. Amal went upstairs to the crystal with the prince while the others met with the rude and incompetent king and then heard of a murder which they went to investigate.

Amal successfully probed the crystal and discovered it was thoroughly mundane, which he communicated through the keep (with a bit of a delay). He then followed into the lower levels with a host of the Khefaran army.

The other agents chased down a young girl with cats who was the murderer. They eventually confronted her alongside a host of Anakthali who were planning an attack (their leader had ruthlessly trained the girl to be a killer). Tensions were high as the Khefaran host met them face to face on the stairwell but as Amal's spell resolved alongside Kitty's "peace treaties," the situation was diffused...for now.

Back in the throne room, the king was preparing for war, but Amal went in, made a huge storm, played into the existing mythology, and roasted tf outta that man. His son and the Anakthali leader made a new peace agreement and the girl, Uthanzaya, was adopted by the new Khefaran king who promised to treat her well.
