Library of Spirit Sands

Mission Statement:
The settlement of Vai Nomburo has sent for aid. It is a relatively small oasis, nestled in between the large dunes of the Nomburo Desert. Yet despite the small size, Vai Nomburo houses many books of magics in its underground library; a library larger than the oasis itself.
Because of this, the oasis is no stranger to, well.. strangers. Many people come here to study the tomes and find more sources for their research. Recently, however, there has been an.. unsettling change.
Reports have it that the sand in and near the oasis has turned vibrant shades of a mix of color, ranging from a blinding yellow to an abyssal purple. Furthermore, the weather has been behaving in quite abnormal ways, with frighteningly cold winds even on the sunniest days and a silver sheen on the water's surface that reflects more than one might imagine.
The speaker of Vai Nomburo has decided to contact the Enclave to get to the bottom of these.. oddities.

We discussed about what to do about the sand. Figure out who it was who did it and go to find em. After a chat they figure out how to fix it.
