Dyibol-ical Contract

You have been engaged to help resolve a humanitarian crisis in the city of Dyibol [Dī-BŌL], in The Shining Sea. This company town has very limited natural resources and the only industry is tourism. The Alianz Group redirects a sizable portion of their earnings to support the poor in the area but there is never enough food, water, or medical care. The company has taken to flying its staff in and out for their shifts because the crime has become too rampant. Their leadership are convinced that people are being funneled into the city somehow to take advantage of all the resources the company is providing. You are to resolve this crisis and ensure the disenfranchised people of Dyibol can thrive all the resources Alianz Group is providing.
