Lieutenant Mallory Edelweiss

Mallory is about 5’7”, 130 pounds, 23 years old. She keeps her red hair short, under her black stovepipe hat. She wears a crimson naval jacket, dark blue pantaloons, white stockings, and black buckled shoes. A little insignia can be found on her right shoulder indicating her rank.

Bold and brash, Ensign Edelweiss grew up in a nautical family. And it was only natural that she would join her homeland’s naval forces when she came of age. While passed over immediately to become a fleet lieutenant as there was a sense of nepotism within the Royal Blackwood Navy, she made up for it with her naval knowhow and drive to not give up the proverbial ship. It was her boarding action on a hostile vessel that gathered the Enclave’s attention.

1. Spirits for the Spirits: When a pirate haven starts seeing more people than usual disappear in a questioning manner, Mallory and team figure out what's going on. To stop a ritual, they imbue some pirates with spirits to invigorate them with spirits of old.
2. Simulated War: Two brothers are duking it out to become kind. Prince Ramiro calls on the Enclave to help, and Mallory decides the best way about it is to capture the opposing ship yard. Much destruction ensures, but the job gets done.
3. Star Party on Fire Lake: Mallory and company have to convince people to evacuate an island village on a lake. Why? A meteor is coming to hit it, and yet everyone seems to think it's a cause for celebration.
4. Where's the Rum?: A derelict ship has rum aboard it, and spirits are guarding it. Mallory and crew somehow get the spirits to help get one barrel off the ship.
5. The Blackpool Muffin: Get a captain sailing away. Which means shooting a shadow with a blunderbuss.

Each time Mallory ranks up, she gets a promotion, and a new ship to command. Currently, she runs the sloop Aardvark.
