Background
Sojourner chef who cooks for villages he comes across in exchange for shelter. Cooks with violent passion, as such he comes off as intimidating, but is nonetheless has reached folk hero status amongst the common man.
Was once an ex-soldier, but found passion in cooking. Left the army unceremoniously to hone craft and seek new flavors.
Came across some lost and hungry enclave agents, and fed them a full meal using the few ingredients they have. Impressed and grateful, the agents recommended him to the Enclave. With the offer of expanding his pallete and feeding more people.
