Appearance

True form looks to be at least part tiefling or some sort of fiendish equivalent. Some chaotic essence coming from him hints at partial Fey heritage mixed in with everything else. Ocean blue skin, shoulder length dark blonde hair that seems to glow when he's channeling electrical energy, set of horns growing out from his temples, extending upward. True height is 6'10" (7'5 with the horns), claws on the ends of his fingers, and two sets of wings that look raven in appearance coming out of his back (one up by his shoulder blades, the others lower on his back. Has a long tail that's proven capable of grabbing Lightning Bolts from his belt when flying through the air, might be useful in other forms of combat as well...... etc.
Permanent electrical burn marks around his eyes and on other parts of his body after his clash with a storm elemental in Belreath. He eventually allowed Enclave Medical to heal most of the wounds, so long as they left most of the wounds around his eyes.
Acquired a wound during his battle with the Eye of the Storm in the Bruxia Kingdom. Out of respect for his opponent's power, he refuses to let Enclave medical heal the wound completely, but to keep the scar and the electrical burn around it.

Underneath his Feathered Cloak, he wears a set of wrist gauntlets that seem to be some sort of power absorber or limiter. True use remains unknown for now.

During his fight with the Thunder God Momaqaldiroq, Zahak charged up with so many Lightning Bolts he released his Royal Storm Giant form for the first time. Due to the fact that he also combined himself with elemental energy from two of his siblings along with utilizing the chant they devised for it, Zahak's Storm Giant form was easily 1 1/2 miles tall, much larger than it should've been. (Zahak's Royal Storm Giant form normally stands at a massive 100 feet tall, with his 4 black raven wings reaching 50 feet when unfurled) With his massive near fatal injuries healing from his divine fight, Zahak now bears scars on his chest where Momaqaldiroq's claws pierced his chest and entered his heart. In addition to the heavy scarring from his legs being reattached by Enclave Medical....

In his latest mission atop the Stricken Lands, Zahak supercharged himself with 20 lightning bolts to unleash a massive amount of power to aid in amplifying the teleportation of the floating islands into the cosmos, along with raising the sunken super-continent of Ancient R'lyeh with the beings inhabiting it to combine with the Stricken Lands before teleportation. This process revealed a terrifying form of Zahak that there is currently no outside information about. He's not saying a word about it, so time will tell if it appears again...... All his fellow agent could say about it, was that it was so massive, it completely dwarfs his Storm Giant Form...............

Background

Zahak Barzikani is the 8th child of Khan Xasayar Barzikani of Rojava, in the Ganbaatar Khaganate. In addition, he is also the ruling Khan of Gandhara, the Khanate he conquered for his family to secure total rule of the Khazarian subcontinent for the Barzikani Clan. His unusual appearance is due to the number of hybrid bloodlines within the Barzikani Clan (partial blood ties to the Storm Giants, Fey, and a few other magical races).

During his mission in the Chamber of the Six Fold Lands, Zahak offered to recruit the Junior Archivist if the Enclave doesn't recruit her, and she seemed interested when he said he knows someone who's 'always looking for talented individuals', hinting that Zahak might have some powerful allies outside the Enclave, or may have additional loyalties....

During his mission to drive off the Hunger in Tideborn space, Zahak demonstrated the ability to transfer the energy from his Ice themed Lightning Bolts to his allies to act as thermal camouflage. It remains to be seen if he can do that with other elements, or if he can increase the duration of it. His mission in the Dawncrest Kingdom has shown he can do the same with his normal Lightning Bolts, when he transferred some of the electrical energy to his allies to protect them from angry spirits on their journey to King Aethelgard's citadel.
While most of the relics the party gathered are in Melissa's safe hands as she is protected in Zahak's capital and heavily guarded by his elite Keshig, Zahak wields the Blade of the Oathbreaker, which will deal extra damage to all who have broken their vows and oaths.
During a recent mission, Zahak temporarily managed to block the combined attacks of 5 near divine storm elementals with an aspect of his Eye of the Storm he's dubbed "Tornado Wall". While he was still overpowered and knocked back with his allies from the combined might, he wasn't damaged as much by the electrical attacks, hinting that he might be capable of absorbing some elemental energy when attacked, limit seems to be a lot lower than the combined strength of 5 near deities for the current moment.......

His most recent mission was the first one that brought him to his mysterious homeland, the Ganbaatar Khaganate since he joined the Enclave. His encounter with the Stricken Lands, or as they're referred to now as "The Morningstar's Legacy" revealed that Zahak is a descendant of the legendary and mythical founder of the Khaganate Lucifer Morningstar, the first true High Khagan, believed to have ascended to divinity. Confirmed by the Legacy that he has ascended "far beyond most mortal worlds" (The fact that the Morningstar's Legacy was formed from lightning cast from the Morningstar's bolts and is still active over 10,000 years later shows where Zahak's mastery of thunder and lightning comes from....)

After his most recent mission in the Desert City, Zahak has offered a portion of the Khanate of Gandhara's military forces along with the Barzikani Army to aid the Fighting Fifth in holding the areas for future Enclave missions. He has currently committed at least 8- 12 legions, so ~96,000 troops at the most to the defense.

Flavor

Known only as Zahak, this mysterious warrior exudes an aura of mystery around him, as very little about his past is known, even to members of the Enclave. While his eyes are almost always covered by his sunglasses, it's clear that he's always sizing up his surroundings and his allies. While he can and will come up with comprehensive battle plans, he is also quick to improvise if necessary. Zahak seems to be very skilled at occupying an enemy's attention, and drawing it away from wounded allies.
However, during his mission in the Soulless Lands, he seemed to let a little bloodlust out while he blasted the invading army with his Thunderbolts and Thunderclap. Usually stoic, this could just be a one time thing, or maybe he let's loose when he's facing unlikely odds. On the same mission, he advised his ally Danarei to search for anyone among the army with different uniforms, on horseback, or towards the rear, suggesting they might be command personnel who should be targeted first to sow chaos amongst enemy forces. This hints at prior military experience or knowledge, including his remarks about an obscure last stand by a few against a large army.

He seems to wear an unusual symbol around his neck, which he often tucks inside his armor for safe-keeping on missions. It's unknown exactly where he hails from in Manifold, or even if he's from any known location at all.

During his mission in the flying city of Belreath, Zahak faced off against a humanoid storm elemental. He came away with some permanent burn scars on his body, but they ultimately parted as friendly adversaries upon the mission's success. The storm welcomed him to challenge it again any time, while Zahak seemed to sympathize with the elemental, one wanderer to another.
While on that same mission in Belreath, Zahak displayed the interesting ability to use his Thunderbolts to charge up his arcane energy to speed up Storm Brewing and Eye of the Storm. It is unknown if he is capable of doing this with other perks, or even what the long term effects will be......

Zahak holds opponents who can give him a challenge in high respect, and will forgo his usual bloodlust when charged up and speak to them politely with respect, which grows the longer the battle lasts.
During his battle with The Eye of the Storm, Simon Thornside in the Bruxia Kingdom, Zahak pitied the man for the tragedies that led him to crossing blades, opening saying he wished they could've been allies instead of enemies. At his enemy's last request, Zahak executed him. With the battle over, Zahak took his fallen opponent's body to give him a warrior's burial next to the grave of his deceased daughter. One last act of respect to honor his opponent.
Zahak views his word as his bond, so if he gives his word that he will do something, he will do it.
Zahak's Spatha short sword can also be infused with his Lightning bolts like his Thunderhammer can, shrouding the blade in elemental energy. It also has a curved appearance like a scimitar.
At least one of the sets of Lightning Bolts Zahak carries is non-electrical based, as his battle with The Eye of the Storm made him ensure he had methods to counter opponents who can absorb his electrical attacks. So he embarked on a weeklong training spree with the storm elemental in an Arctic-like location to craft those along with honing the skills to use them. In that same battle, he cut off his opponent from the rest of the fighting using his Eye of the Storm perk. And he may be able to use some other tricks involving that perk as well......

During his mission in the lands of Polaris, Zahak developed great respect for the battle capabilities of Sir Gemma and her companions. When she had to withdraw from her battle with the Solaris Knight due to injuries, Zahak shot the demon general a death glare before covering the withdrawal, hinting that things are not over between the two of them. When they returned to the Knights Stellar camp on the edge of the mistake, Zahak offered to return if Sir Gemma goes after him again to aid in removing the Solaris Knight's head from his shoulders.
On his mission in the Dawncrest Kingdom, Zahak swore an oath in the name of his goddess and on his oath of fealty to his overlord to King Aethelgard, the Bone Crowned Monarch, that he would aid in investigating his claims and would help gain justice and vengeance for the King on the nations who poisoned him at a peace treaty centuries ago. When assassins sent by the Dawncrest Queen attacked the party, an enraged Zahak took it one step further, declaring war on the kingdom and the other nations. Before pinging out, he escorted Melissa the necromancer on horseback to a rendezvous point outside of hostile territory, where his people would give her safe passage to his distant stronghold where she will be protected while he marshals his forces for war.
Zahak has confirmed himself to not be human, stating to the Bone Crowned Monarch that he knows what it's like to be called "monster", "abomination, and "demon" so he instantly felt a bond with the fallen king.
Zahak's Heroic Cuirass seems to have a modified version with some runes and symbols glowing on it when he's struck by elemental energy attacks. It's true purpose will be revealed eventually (This armor has been destroyed on his last mission so it's being replaced with some spare armor).
Zahak almost went into a full chaotic state on his last mission after feeling the power radiating from the 5 near divine storm elementals fighting each other, perhaps as a result of his true species, his bloodline or both.....

Zahak's supercharged Storm Giant form was powerful enough to go head-to-head with a Thunder God, hinting that his true power has yet to be fully seen. When Enclave Medical was tending to his near fatal wounds, they eventually realized that the armor gauntlets on his wrists and ankles served as both Elemental Absorbers and Power Limiters, keeping his true power limited while absorbing elemental energy from enemy attacks.

Zahak's Heroic Cuirass, Spatha and Thunderhammer were either heavily damaged or destroyed during his battle with Momaqaldiroq, so he's replaced them with.......... improved versions.

Zahak's Lightning Bolts have changed overtime, with him carrying several sets that are ice, wind, or fire based to counter enemies that are immune to or can absorb electricity, while still maintaining 2 full sets of electricity-based Lightning Bolts. He mastered his use of them in combat training with both the storm elemental and two of his siblings: his eldest brother Zoroaster "The Cleansing Flame", and his sister Nomolun.

(Reskinned some of the Lightning Bolts to be those of other elements to counter any unexpected electric immunity he comes across)

Ideas

His Thunderhammer has been reskinned into a 2-handed version, original one was destroyed while the new version was forged from a mysterious metal that seems to constantly be crackling with electrical energy.

Spatha has been reskinned into a scimitar or katana style, also replaced and reforged after his battle with Momaqaldiroq, with the same mysterious material....

Zahak's Lightning Bolts have been reskinned with a few sets being non-electricity based to counter any enemies who are immune to his thunder. (2 sets are regular electrical based)

Zahak's wings allow him to fly without the use of a Feathered Cloak, making him extremely useful in missions as air support. His 4 raven wings can keep him airborne, and he can even maintain his flying speed and altitude through one of his storms.

After his recent mission in the Mint Imperium, Zahak managed to befriend the massive gummy hydra that was looking for a friend. He managed to have it successfully transported back to the Khaganate. Now he just has to help mediate over who gets the giant gummy creature......... (Both the Storm Giants AND the Fey want him....... This is gonna take a while)
