You are being sent to the Wharf on Alpha Aquarius IV, where a massive Starship is being constructed.
The Ships owner and comissioner, "Ernest Aulde the III" is currently inspecting the final works.
The Wharf, and his personal drydock specifically is being maintained and staffed by a great many "foreign Labourers",
who are not willing at the point of employment; They however are treated relatevily well treated all things considered.
Ernest has requested help of the Enclave to ensure his safety with brewing unrest amongst his workers,
as he does his final inspection.
