Penny's Penguin Problems

A tribe of penguins have been members of a traveling circus in Manifold for years. Recently, however, the human teammates in the circus have become unsettled by new, reportedly hyper-intelligent behavior. Things came to a head recently when the circus manager was reputedly held at knifepoint by one of the penguins...although reports on this event differ. The managers has hired the Enclave to deal with the "problem birds." Your goals:

1. Discover the cause of the behavior shift among the penguins.
2. Identify the penguins' goal, and resolve the situation accordingly.

I had some yummy trash and then I went to the circus. There were penguins and yummy fish that made me think more. There was a smelly guy who offered me spicy honey and then I yelled in his megaphone and then there was a spooky guy, but he was no match for the great Hot Pocket! Oh, and I learned how to salsa dance from a penguin!

We went to the fish store and then we raided a building that had some guards in it (again no match for me) and then Ionis let me drive his car but I burped so loud I broke the windows. Then we got the penguins out of the circus using a big car and poop bombs.
